Why do I write?
April 13, 2014

As I struggle to place one word after another on my computer screen this question frequently banners across my mind. Sometimes my response is prophetic and though provoking, but often I admit that I must be crazy to do this everyday.
Buidling a realistic fictitious world filled with relatable heroines, lovable heros, and likeable villians is hard work. Did I mention there has to be emotion, tension, conflict and more conflict for a story worth telling to exist.
Writing a story that makes you want to keep turning pages is painful and joyous. But the truth is, I want to share the stories I create with you.
I want you to cheer for the heroine running around in my head, even when she makes everything worse.
I want you to love the alpha male hero as much as I do. I know he's too sexy, too possessive, too McGyver, but try to love him.
I want a villian that is redeemable, though that may not happen until the third book. Most of all, I write because I love a happy ending and I want to share that with you.
